1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following items:

  • Products purchased on final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Product:

    • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will cover the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs. In the case of partial returns, only the price of the returned item(s) will be refunded.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or bank account, depending on your financial institution.
